Bartons is a growing, family-owned automotive group based in Brisbane’s Bayside. We retail over 750 new and used vehicles each month and represent 18 leading brands across three locations.

🔧 About the Role
As our Yard Person / General Hand, you’ll play an important role in keeping our vehicles, yard, and dealership presentation at a high standard. This is a hands-on and varied position suited to someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and happy to roll up their sleeves.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle cleaning
- Assisting with general yard and site presentation
- Moving, parking, and organising vehicles around the dealership
- Supporting vehicle presentation and pre-delivery preparation
- Assisting with basic accessory fitment as required
- Keeping the dealership grounds clean, tidy, and safe
- Supporting the wider team with general hand duties as needed
👤 About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High attention to detail
- Reliability, honesty, and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A current manual driver’s licence
Previous automotive experience is helpful but not essential — attitude, reliability, and pride in your work are what matter most.
